• Managed four employees at West Palm Beach’s all-purpose downtown convention center in the performance of comprehensive technical support, including network and system administration, Exchange, DNS and web servers, security, HVAC, and access control hardware and software
• Oversaw an annual budget of roughly $250,000, and saved the Center more than $15,000 per year by changing to a more cost-effective PRI vendor
• Cross-trained with engineering and security departments to gain a better working knowledge of department-specific IT needs, resulting in more responsive and helpful solutions for individuals working in those departments
• Served as Digital Signage Expert for the convention center’s parent company, Comcast, designing and implementing network-based digital signs at 12 other facilities
